Would you like the chat representative to be aware of either a free consultation or what your consultation fees are? If so, please specify if you offer a free consultation, or what your consultation fee is. This is not required.
Would you like to specify an "Area of Coverage?" This would be counties or cities, for example. This is not required.
What are your business hours?*
The chat representative will normally request a person's name, phone number and email address. Is there anything else that you would like them to always try to ask? Or, are there any other special instructions you would like them to be aware of? Also, do you have any other specific instructions regarding the chat feature in general, location on website, etc?
We typically recommend trying to limit extra questions. Remember, the job of chat is to facilitate an introduction to your firm. It is best not to get into too many details in a website chat.
We can include Spanish chat as an option, which will require an additional $100 at set up (one time charge). Would you like to include Spanish as an option for chat for your website visitors?*

The chat service includes the option to have the chat representative attempt to connect the person via phone directly to your office. This is an optional and complimentary service that we have to turn on. You will still receive the email message to alert you to the lead or message, but would you also like us to attempt to connect the chat lead directly to your office via phone?*

When you have a chat lead transferred via phone, we have the ability to immediately forward to you a transcript of the chat up to that moment. This can be helpful because if you are able to take the phone call, you can quickly skim the chat transcript via email to get caught up in the conversation. However, the only reason we make this optional is because if you say "yes" to this, just note that after the call or chat is over, you will then still receive the standard email that lets you know about the chat lead/message. Essentially, you will recieve two emails, once during the call transfer and again at the end. So, it might appear to you as a duplicate and could cause confusion.*

What hours of the day is it okay to transfer a chat via phone to your office?*
If you answered yes to having website chats transferred to your office via phone, what phone number would you like the person to be transferred to? Also, if you have a separate after hours number, please specify both the number and times in which a call should go to that number.*
